The identified resource will be mainly involved in the implementation, migration and evolution projects of Unified Communication platforms based on Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business and integrated with PSTN, VoIP and videoconferencing systems.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of Skype for Business in on-premise version and as an Office 365 service
  • Voice and A/V integration (Direct Routing, Cloud Connector, Cloud PBX)
  • Cloud Identity management (Active Directory, AD FS, AAD Connect)
  • Office 365 Administration and implementation
  • Powershell and Networking
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Server O.S.

Preferred skills

  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCSE)
  • Knowledge of other Unified Communications platforms (e.g. Cisco, Sonus, Polycom, Asterisk, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, System Center, etc.
  • Knowledge of issues related to IT security
