The identified resource will be part of the team working primarily for enterprise clients with strong focus on Microsoft technologies and will be responsable for:

  • Manage the Power Platform
  • Be responsible with the global Power Platform governance, adoption strategy, and delivery model
  • Provide technical and functional expertise through trainings and community engagements to drive the development and adoption of customer’s internal programs running on Power Platform
  • Provide Premier technical support to enterprise customers for the Power Platform stack
  • Help customers resolve break/fix issues on reactive incidents, requiring in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies
  • Work with customers on advisory cases to help them develop reliable Power Apps, Power Automate flows, or Power Virtual Agents to resolve complex business requirements
  • Handled service requests, such as reactive incidents or advisory cases, throughout their life cycle, starting with the initial response and ending with the resolution
  • Handle all types of Power Platform service requests, from licensing and governance, to building apps, flows, and bots
