3PS – 3rd Millennium Proge’s Suite

Intro

The evolution of AI now enables the transition from point solutions to agent-based models capable of managing complex processes in a proactive, traceable, and governed manner. Within this context, Proge-Software has launched a program aimed at developing an integrated suite of solutions based on AI Agents, progressively integrated into its main proprietary platforms, starting with the SaaS product 3FS – 3rd Millennium Fleet System.
The objective is to industrialize operational and methodological expertise through internally designed and governed agents, capable of scaling user support activities, software development and maintenance, quality control, and the continuous strengthening of application and infrastructure security, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
In 2026, the R&D program will continue in continuity with the activities initiated in 2025, following a progressive and controlled approach focused on structuring corporate knowledge and creating governable and scalable proprietary assets, supported by investments consistent with the Company’s financial solidity.

Goals

Based on the scenario outlined above, the following experimental development phases have been identified:

  • Analysis and classification of available AI technologies, with particular reference to Large Language Model–based solutions, aimed at assessing their maturity, reliability, and consistency with the application architecture and the Company’s methodological standards (AI Scouting);

  • Design and implementation of the Knowledge Layer for AI Agents, based on the structured ingestion of Corporate Management, Governance, and Technical Standards documentation, as a foundation for the controlled and traceable adoption of declarative and operational agents (Agents Knowledge Layer Setup);

  • Progressive consolidation of corporate information systems and enrichment of the knowledge base through the integration of data and processes related to the main organizational functions, enabling the development of advanced agents and complex workflows (Systems Consolidation and Knowledge Enrichment);

  • Definition and launch of the Proge AI Company Framework, intended as a structured set of rules, procedures, standards, and tools for the design, orchestration, and governance of AI Agents, with an initial operational release in selected corporate areas (Framework Rollout);

  • Internal experimentation and validation of the Customer 0 model, through the direct use of the developed agents within corporate processes, in order to verify their effectiveness, scalability, and alignment with industrial transformation objectives prior to their standardization and integration into the proprietary suite.

Activities already carried out

The R&D activity was initiated through a structured scouting of leading enterprise-level AI solutions, with particular focus on the most mature Large Language Model platforms, in order to assess their suitability with respect to the design objectives. In parallel, advanced automation and operational research tools were analyzed, evaluating their potential applications within the corporate processes subject to evolution.
The selected solutions were subjected to comparative testing in environments comparable to production, allowing for the informed definition of architectural, methodological, and integration standards, as well as verification of their compatibility with the existing application architecture and, in particular, with the SaaS service 3FS – 3rd Millennium Fleet System, within a governed and traceable context.
At the same time, a process of structuring and consolidating corporate knowledge was initiated through the review of the documentation system and the definition of shared standards, conceived as the informational foundation for the progressive adoption of AI-based solutions. The scouting activity also led to the definition of a modular and technologically neutral adoption model, suitable for supporting future evolutions toward hybrid or multi-provider architectures.
The outcomes of this phase were formalized in a summary document that serves as a reference for subsequent implementation activities.

Results to be achieved

The 2026 activity program is part of the “3PS Environment Setup” implementation path and represents an enabling phase for the evolution of the AI Company Framework model. The program is structured into three sequential and interdependent macro execution phases:

  • Agents Knowledge Layer Setup

This phase is aimed at defining and implementing the first structured level of knowledge within the AI framework, through the ingestion, rationalization, and standardization of Corporate Management, Governance, and documentary and technical standards documentation.
The activities include:

  1. the definition of access policies for document repositories and development environments, applying Azure Entra ID–based rules and SharePoint security for repositories, and the RBAC model already applied on 3FS for development environments;

  2. the reorganization of documentation starting from the corporate organizational chart structure and in compliance with the authorization workflows defined in the Governance Model;

  3. the use of generative AI for the systematic review and adaptation of the documentation system, in order to ensure semantic consistency, traceability, and reusability.

The expected outcome is a structured, governed Knowledge Layer that is immediately usable by Declarative Agents, forming the basis for evolution toward autonomous agents and interactive workflows.

  • Systems Consolidation and Knowledge Enrichment

This phase focuses on the progressive consolidation of corporate information systems and the convergence of functionalities currently distributed across custom applications and heterogeneous systems.
Planned activities include:

  1. assessment of internal services and systems (SIP, PGA, IPP, …);

  2. rationalization and progressive decommissioning of obsolete systems, migrating them into new AI-supported functions;

  3. generation of new agents for individual corporate functions (Accounting, Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, …).

This consolidation enables continuous enrichment of the Knowledge Layer, supporting controlled automation of migration processes and creating the technical and informational conditions necessary for the development of advanced agents and scalable AI services.

  • Proge AI Company Framework Rollout

On a consolidated, governed, and continuously updated Knowledge Layer, the rollout phase of the Proge AI Company Framework will begin at the end of 2026, providing for the progressive introduction of Autonomous Agents and Interactive Workflows to support corporate functions. The initial rollout will involve selected organizational areas (General Services, Sales, and Marketing), following a controlled adoption and field-validation approach. The developed agents will be progressively integrated as components of the proprietary 3PS suite, forming the evolutionary core of the Company’s AI platform.
