Goals
To develop intelligent agents and tools in both infrastructure and application domains, based on the use of advanced technologies and the controlled integration of new products and new hardware and software releases, including experimental ones, with the objective of transferring operational and methodological expertise into agent-based systems and structurally renewing and enhancing the Company’s technical and commercial offering.
Activities already carried out
Over the years, the need to address the challenge of change has consistently been present, acting across various areas, including:

scouting of highly diversified technological environments, encompassing study, design, analysis, and implementation of infrastructure and application components, all aimed at a general process of innovation and technical-cultural evolution;

research, study, and application of new products and methodologies; design and development of prototypes in AI and in every emerging innovative scenario.
Results to be achieved
Planned activities for the current year are aimed at accelerating the Company’s technological and cultural evolution. In particular, they focus on the following objectives:

study and use, for development and experimentation purposes, of AI Agents appropriate to individual professional roles;

structured strengthening of staff competencies in technological areas considered strategic for the Company’s development, through professional upskilling and certification pathways.
Within this context, the year’s training activities will be primarily focused on the understanding, advanced use, and operational integration of “Copilot” and any additional AI products aligned with the Company’s technological choices.
