MobFinder

MobFinder is an application tool which enables the localisation of anyone who has a Microsoft Windows Mobile device equipped with GPS and GPRS / UMTS / HSDPA connectivity with the MobFinder Client component installed.

MobFinder consists of a front-end web, a web service, a Microsoft Outlook plug-in and a client component for Windows Mobile. The interaction of these components with the GPS device enables the use of advanced localisation functions of the MobFinder Client, wherever they may be.

Thanks to MobFinder it is possible, for instance, to display the distance between components of the same team and the distance they have to travel to reach the set meeting destination by also estimating the duration of the journey of each individual participant.

MobFinder enables the display, on the web, of the location and path taken by colleagues, partners and clients to reach their destination and allowing you to save any selected paths.

MobFinder is easy to use and reliable. It enables all registered clients to make the information related to their location available.

Furthermore, as it integrates perfectly with other work tools – such as Outlook and Office Communicator - it improves collaboration and increments efficiency and productivity through the sharing of information among colleagues, partners, client and friends.
