The Lean Maintenance Optimizer Project

Proge-Software has successfully completed an important project aimed at creating a highly innovative application to optimize the maintenance activities performed on rail vehicles (Lean Maintenance Optimizer - LMO).

Entirely based on Java, LMO is an advanced application developed within the InteGRail project, which receives the information sent by the system about any unexpected malfunctions on locomotives and/or rolling stock; it then performs the required actions to optimize maintenance planning and sends the request for the necessary repair materials to the warehouse management systems.

Moreover, LMO offers advanced functions to display data concerning the optimization actions processed, via a control panel that can run either as a standalone application or in a web browser.
